We are open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Saturdays are seasonal, please call for Saturday hours. Sundays-closed

How do I get an estimate?

You can fill out the form on our website and a member of our team will contact you or you can call our office and set up an appointment.

Is the estimate free?

Yes, Yaboo Fence does not charge for an estimate.

Do I need a building permit?

Each township has its own laws regarding building permits. Please contact your building department for specific information regarding your town. 

How do I place my order?

After receiving the proposal in writing, you will need to sign it along with our installation policy.  We ask for a 1/3 deposit unless otherwise stated.

Once my order is placed, how quickly will our fence be installed?

It is Yaboo Fence’s goal to have your fence installed quickly and efficiently.  Most jobs are complete within 2-6 weeks upon signing the contract.  Please keep in mind, choice of material and weather play a large role in the installation timeline.  Your sales representative will be happy to answer any questions you may have in this regard.

When and how do I pay the balance?

The balance is do the day the installation is complete.  You can give the balance in cash or check to the crew foreman, or you can call your credit card number into the office.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept checks, cash, Visa, and Mastercard

Who is responsible having major underground utilities marked out?

New York State law requires we call Dig Safely New York before any digging is done. Dig Safely New York will notify all member utilities of the pending excavation so that they can come out and mark, with flags, the location of their underground lines. However, homeowners are responsible to inform the crew foreman of any private utilities, i.e. invisible fence, pool lines, the day of the installation prior to digging.

Do I need to be home when the fence is erected?

Yes, the homeowner or their representative must be home when our crew arrives to go over the layout of the fence with installers and approve string lines prior to erection of fence.  We also recommend you are home when the job is complete, to walk the fence line and pay the balance.

Will the salesperson be at my home for the start of the installation?

Our crews our in direct contact with the salesperson and they are provided with all the information that was provided to the salesperson.  Special arrangements can be made for the salesperson to be at your home if you wish.   

Will you remove our old fence?

Yes, we would be happy to remove your existing fence as part of your fence contract.  Once removed from your property Yaboo Fence will have it properly recycled.

Do you ever sub-contract out fence installers?

No, all crew members are full-time employees of Yaboo Fence, in fact most installers have been employed with Yaboo Fence for over ten years!

Can I purchase fence and do my own installation?

Absolutely!  We are happy to assist you in taking on your own fence installation endeavor.  We will even let you borrow a post hole digger!
